SB Hall, the new state-of-the-art home of the Satish & Yasmin Gupta College of Business, opened on schedule and under budget according to university president, Tom Keefe.  The ribbon cutting ceremony, which was held Friday January 15, 2016, marked the opening of the $16 million, 45,000 sq ft academic building and began an important new chapter in the university’s history.  The new structure, SB Hall, was funded by the generous $12 million gift made by SB International and its owners, Satish Gupta MBA ‘81 and Yasmin Gupta MBA ‘82.  The donation is the single largest in the 60-year history of the University of Dallas.  SB Hall, situated amidst the university’s 222 acre campus, stands on the highest point in Dallas County and overlooks the interchange of State Highways 114 and 183.  SB Hall is the centerpiece of the University of Dallas’ business program which is renowned nationally and internationally and is among the few business schools holding AACSB accreditation.
