SB International affiliate, Centric Pipe, LLC, acquires Northwest Pipe Company’s OCTG business
Centric Pipe, LLC, an affiliate of SB International, Inc., announced that it has acquired substantially all of the OCTG assets of Northwest Pipe Company (NASDAQ: NWPX) for a purchase price of $42.7 million. The transaction includes Northwest Pipe’s casing mill in Bossier City, Louisiana and its tubing mill in Houston, Texas, which have a combined capacity of about 200,000 tons per year.
