The World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth hosted a luncheon, sponsored in part by SB International, with Dr. Henry Kissinger, former U.S. Secretary of State and revered national and international affairs diplomat. Among several topics, Dr. Kissinger analyzed the United States’ prominent position on the global stage regarding energy production and how that capacity could be leveraged to bring forth diplomacy.
